How long are coaching sessions?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. We recommend a minimum of once per week for consistent progress.
Do you work with students online?
Yes. We offer both in-person sessions in Sarasota and online coaching via Zoom for families outside the area.
What age groups do you work with?
We primarily work with students in grades 3–12. For younger children, we often work primarily with parents.
How quickly will I see results?
Many families notice improvements within 4–6 weeks. Lasting change in executive function skills typically develops over 3–6 months of consistent work.
Do you work with students who have IEPs or 504 plans?
Absolutely. We frequently work with schools and IEP teams to coordinate support and ensure our coaching aligns with academic accommodations.
